Our Apartments
Each apartment is a two-room suite with French Doors that open onto a covered porch or balcony with some rooms having two outside doors. All apartments have individual thermostat controls, private bathrooms, microwave, small refrigerator and granite counter tops with a wet-bar. Each apartment is handicap accessible and includes specially designed safety features to help our residents be as independent as they choose. Residents may furnish and decorate their apartment to suit their own personal style.
The St. Angelus has a set monthly rate for apartments with NO ADD-ON FEES. No long-term lease is required. As with all Assisted Living, private pay is accepted. Medicaid/Medicare does not provide payment for assisted living. Long-term Care Insurance will assist with the cost of assisted living, if the person needs help with two activities of daily living.
